I’m writing this from the Portland, Oregon airport, where (not surprisingly), the snack kiosk has vegan cookies. I was here for a talk I gave at Let Live, and I had the good fortune of staying with my buddies, Josh Hooten and Michelle Schwegmann (and their little daughter, Ruby — my favorite kid). Josh and Michelle run Herbivore Clothing, which is part of the vegan mini mall here in Portland.
In this video, Josh and Michelle talk about the importance of finding your own niche within animal advocacy, and they show off the amazing “I <3 Haiti” shirt which benefits Haitian people.
