Episode 226: “Man, do not pride yourself on your superiority to the animals, for they are without sin, while you, with all your greatness, you defile the earth wherever you appear and leave an ignoble trail behind you — and that is true, alas, for almost every one of us!”

By Jasmin and Mariann — May 10, 2014

Hey Hens! Before I start getting all negative, I LOVE the podcast and the TV show SO much. BUT... since I had already watched all episodes of the TV show, the podcast this week was just a repeat of stuff I'd already heard so I would really have preferred your more conventional style podcast. Just wanted to let you know what I thought!

How are you guys not famous ? You're like network quality TV hosts. Except you guys are covering issues that actually matter. Speaking of which, I was sorry to hear (I think in episode 4) that Foodswings had closed down. I feel strongly that there should be a vegan community fund to bail out vegan restaurants if they get into financial difficulties. I think a lot more people would be vegan if there was a vegan restaurant or cafe on every high street.

Normally, I love your podcast ladies, but this week was a fail. Maybe you are stretching yourselves too thin? I found I did not learn anything on this show and it was boring because the couple of guests you had on that are interesting, I had already skipped ahead to watch on your TV show on the internet. I don't think you can say you have brought us non-stop episodes anymore. Looking forward to better/original content in future episodes! XO, Chigozie
