Welcome to the tenth podcast episode of Our Hen House!

Today, we’ll start off by discussing a few tips on how we like to avoid activist burnout.

Next, we are excited to be joined by vegan chef extraordinaire and author of the new book, Vegan Living for Dummies, Alexandra Jamieson (of Nutrition for Empowered Women). Alex will shed light on healthy snacks, holistic mindset, and how she managed to score a gig with the very mainstream Dummies series.

Then, as part of our “New Vegan” series — featuring folks who just joined the team – we’ll be talking to businessman and all around great guy, Richard Donovan, all about what inspired him to go vegan.

In our news section, we will discuss a recent article in the New York Times about violence to animals.
