Not only do we squawk about Mariann’s presentation at the conference and countering the depressing topics with great food, but we tell tales about airplane food, the chocolate cake that wasn’t, a bizarre lesbian bar, and the real word for vegan in French. We interview Jean-Luc Zieger at Un Monde Vegan, where we bought the best vegan white chocolate ever. We spoke about food activism in France with Paris-based vegan lifestyle writer Aurelia d’Andrea, and with Jenny Eric of My Kitch’n Paris, who also uses her restaurant space for meetings to support vegan entrepreneurs.
