For you law students out there: Meyer Glitzenstein & Crystal, a public interest firm in Washington, D.C. (and perhaps the best firm in the country for animal law), is now accepting applications for clerkships for the Spring 2011 semester and Summer 2011 semester. According to their website, “Law Clerks assist with all aspects of litigation and, depending on the firm’s case load, will likely have the opportunity to work on a range of issues handled by our firm.”
For you full-fledged lawyers: The Humane Society of the United States is also hiring. The position? Animal Law Litigator, Wildlife. According to their website, “The Staff Attorney will work with some of the nation’s leading animal protection lawyers on all aspects of the organization’s wildlife litigation efforts.”
