The changemakers over at Compassion Over Killing (COK) are offering free restaurant manager cards that highlight the growing demand for vegan food, encouraging the establishment to expand its menu in a compassionate direction. Even for those of you who are shy (not that the animals have time for us to be!), this is a cinch: Order your cards, and when you’re at a non-vegan restaurant, leave a card with the bill.
Of course, you also take it one step further and ask to speak with the manager about veganizing their menu a little more. COK also has a nifty Guide to Restaurant Outreach that will walk you through the steps.
