Welcome to the 74^th episode of Our Hen House, featuring Kathy Freston.

Joining us today is bestselling author Kathy Freston, who will talk about her belief in the power of positivity. Kathy will also tell us all about how Veganist came to be, and will give us a gentle reminder of the importance of acceptance.

Then, we’ll be joined by our Hollywood correspondent, Ari Solomon, who will give us the skinny on the latest animal rights extravaganza to hit Tinseltown. Ari will also enlighten us with his review of the dog-centric novel, The Art of Racing in the Rain.

All that, vegan banter, and of course, current events from the world of animal rights.
