We’ve certainly told you about certain AR-themed magazines that we all should have on our radar. But it’s pretty exciting when a non-AR-specific publication tackles animal issues. We were excited to see that UK-based Resurgence Magazine (“at the heart of earth, art and spirit”) has a new issue that covers “Animals: A New Ethics.” I don’t know about you, but I am about to order a print copy (you can also order a PDF, but I’ve already admitted my love of hard copy prints — I know I know…). This issue features such articles as “Learning from Animals” by Marc Bekoff (who will be featured on our podcast later this month), “Changing Attitudes in China” by Jill Robinson of Animals Asia, and an article that explores the sentience of fish entitled “Fins in Focus” by Barbara Gardner. There is also poetry, recipes, campaign updates, and reviews. At the very least, check out the Resurgence website, which allows you to read some of the articles for free.
